Born in New York, Tammy Jane Filor started dancing in front of the TV as soon as she could walk. She lived in Florida through her high school years where staying in perfect bathing suit conditions was a year round routine.  Tammy Jane has created a workout program through dance and Pilates that deepens the good vibrations that come from within each individual client; utilizing the mind, physical fitness and spiritual focus. Heavenly Bodies with Pilates' mission is to manifest an inner spiritual connection which comes from bestowing an inner commitment. Through classic Pilates work, unconditional love and spiritual practice, we work your body from the inside out. .

When asked about yoga she states " I'm not against yoga, intact meditate on a daily basis, however yoga is meant to be for spiritual beings working through their spirituality and the poses are for them to be able to gain flexibility to hold meditative poses for long periods of time.
